In City of Broken Dreamers, you play as Ghost, a bounty hunter for hire. Ghosts often have the support of rich and powerful people and are therefore almost immune to the law. Among the Ghosts, you are considered one of the best, but behind this lies a man running away from his troubled past.

Your next target is a young girl with a hidden and disturbing secret. And when you face her, you will face your demons. You will meet many characters, both allies and enemies. How you interact with them will be up to you. Do you keep it professional? Abandon them? Or take them on a hot, muggy night—you get the idea. Are you looking for a visual novel with more edge?

Where does the story and characters come first? A world with a rich backstory? All this will take place in the “City of Broken Dreamers.” The game is dark, funny, sexy, but most importantly, fun. Every choice you make will have an impact, but there is no wrong choice. You decide how to play. Create your own path through the neon-lit streets of Los Angeles in 2042.

The game is a visual novel. Very similar to a choose your own adventure book. Every choice has an impact. There will never be a choice in the game that will not have some impact on the further development of events. There are no wrong answers. So, you can play the game the way you want and see how things turn out.

Each woman in the game will treat you differently depending on how you treat them. They have an appreciation and value for lust. Depending on the girl, this can open up new scenes and even more opportunities. You have a hidden characteristic that reflects your anger. This shows up in many areas of the game. Not just in your dialogue, but even in how you may react in certain situations. There are additional high-resolution images of women hidden throughout the game that you can find when a notification pops up explaining that a clue can be found.
