In Home Loving, you take on the role of Joey, an 18-year-old boy who has recently arrived in Preston City, a fictional city in the USA. Together with his mother Juliet, he visits Juliet's family. A lot of things will happen to Joey, whether it be his relatives and other characters that he encounters and interacts with throughout the game.

However, every interaction and encounter has consequences, choices and decisions that the player will have to make for the best.. or worse.
