Description

Rainy Skies is an RPG game set in a dystopian cyberpunk world. You start the game with very little money and do your best to make something of yourself. The main story follows a girl named Mabel, and as you meet and gain allies, you can move on to other storylines. The game takes place primarily inside a vertical megastructure known as the Pillar.

It is divided into 3 layers: tropos, stratos and mesos; while the quality of life increases dramatically as you rise between them. Most of the game will be devoted to figuring out how to move between layers. There will be several ways to do this, but none of them will be easy.

You start the game on foot, but eventually pick up your own spaceship, which will be your primary means of navigating the various locations around the Pillar. It will be an open world game where most of the gameplay will revolve around doing odd jobs and finding ways to make money.
