Since time immemorial, the Star Maidens have maintained harmony in the universe. Hiding from the followers of a mysterious cult, they live on distant planets in various parts of the universe. The heiress of the ruling dynasty on one of these planets is endowed with the gift of the Star Maiden.

During her coming-of-age ceremony, the princess's world is attacked by a diabolical cult. Hiding from the invaders, the princess makes an unsuccessful space jump and becomes a prisoner of the mysterious astral world. Jack, the teenage boy who is the main character, does not even imagine that he is the only one who can save the princess and the entire universe from certain death.
