The Last Barbarian is a third-person RPG. The game encourages you to tread carefully, learn from past mistakes, or find alternative areas to explore. If you're not careful, monsters can rape you and you'll have to start from the beginning. The Last Barbarian is set in the fantasy realm of N'ul, plunged into darkness and depravity after the arrival of the ancient Flesh Goddess.

She gives everyone what they want the most. But it distorts all desires, and therefore the whole world is immersed in perversion and violence. Everything around is powered by sexual energy. The main character of the game woke up in a dungeon after a battle with orcs in her village. She is the last barbarian from the tribe of the local Amazons.

They never obeyed anyone and valued only their freedom and love. But now she is driven by a thirst for revenge and a desire to revive her tribe.
