Description

We want to show you the world of Cloud Meadow, a world of islands floating in the sky thanks to ancient magic that can only be speculated upon, where man and beast fight side by side to survive and thrive, where the inhabitants find their way in life the best they can and make the best of what they have. Become one of our main characters, Evan or Eve, and go to the Frontier to farm, breed and fight, overcome the difficulties of growing a small farm, and who knows, maybe have some fun with the locals here and there.

Oh, and perhaps solve an ancient mystery along the way. You can play as either Evan or Eva, a fresh and plucky Union Frontier First Class straight out of the Union Academy. Your assignment is a frontier town called Cloverton, a modest farm town in desperate need of a professional touch. After being greeted by the lovely Jubel, the city's union director of operations, you'll be told that your main task is to get the city's farm back up and running.

As a border guard, you've been trained to venture into the wilds, where you'll find a whole host of interesting creatures and treasures that will help or hinder you on your journey to unravel the mysteries of the world around you. As a border guard, you have been trained to care for crops and monsters, as well as venture into the wilderness to explore. You can create items using essence and other components and use them to improve your farm, your monsters, or the city of Cloverton.

Monsters are creatures that originally evolved on wild and untouched islands, untouched by mankind. They were once hunted for their blood, which was used to fuel the magitek machines that humanity uses to survive and expand in hostile environments. After the formation of the Union, monsters and humans made a deal, much more profitable and pleasant, to coexist and help both groups prosper and grow.

Monsters allow humans to harvest more sustainable forms of energy, and in return, humans and monsters can live together in relative peace in the already agonizing world they live in.
